Our programmes

PSO's main activities are knowledge exchange, quality improvement and innovation. PSO stimulates quality improvement through learning and innovation.

Furthermore, PSO has two programmes for funding the secondment of special target groups. The Youth Zone programme is intended to allow young people from the North and South to gain experience in capacity building.

The Cross Over programme was set up to allow migrants to play a role in capacity building activities in their region of origin on the basis of their background.

Humanitarian aid is an important area of attention for PSO. Humanitarian aid is aimed at sustainably improving the capacity of social organisations in the South to provide efficient, effective aid to their target groups.
