Knowledge and learning

PSO stimulates sharing knowledge and practical learning about capacity development for its member organisations, both with partner organisations and other organisations in North and South. Using their rich wealth of experience, PSO stimulates its member organisations to experiment in innovation, publicizes results and organises collective learning trajectories.

This PSO Knowledge and Learning has been divided into ten themes, which are to be found in the green menu on the left hand site.

New instrument: Thematic learning programme

From December 2009, PSO has a new instrument for collective learning and experimenting: the thematic learning programme. Member organisations are given the opportunity to harvest lessons from daily practise in a systematic fashion. PSO also offers the possibility of experimenting with new insights and methodologies.
