dance4life empowers young people to take action to push back the spread of HIV and AIDS.  

Of the 6,800 people infected with HIV each day, almost half are under the age of 25. As the single largest group infected and affected by the virus, a huge part of the potential solution lies with them. Young people are our future and dance4life, through its programmes, involves them, strengthens their voice and empowers them to take action to push back the spread of HIV and AIDS.

dance4life uses the universal language of music and dance as well as youth icons to connect with young people across the globe. To date dance4life is present in 20 countries and has reached 500.000 young people, 200.000 of them have become agent of change - a young person who takes action to make a positive change within his/her community. By 2014 dance4life aims to have reached 1 million agents of change in 34 countries.
