In 2011 the Centre for International Development Issues Nijmegen (CIDIN) will start, in cooperation with PSO, a new Advanced Master in International Development (AMID). This study is a learning-working trajectory for young academics. The master is a one year programme that runs from January through to December.

PSO’s International Advisory Board (IAB) has welcomed a new member. Her name is Ms. Vasanti Rao from India. She is the replacement of Ms. Sheela Patel.

Ms. Vasanti has a five year mandate and she intends to spend her time wisely. ‘PSO is in a transition period.

The PSO Innovation Award was held on 27th January 2010. There were three projects nominated for the Award. WPF, STRO and Tear were contesting with each other for the prize.

PSO has six new members. War Trauma Foundation, Schorer Stichting, GIP, Press Now, Connect International and Dark & Light became members of PSO on 1st January 2010. PSO now has fifty five members.

The deadline for the second and last round of the Innovation Fund 2009 is the 30th of september 2009.

The deadline for submitting applications for the quality fund in 2009 is the 1st of October 2009. From 2010 onwards the quality fund will be integrated in the proposals that are linked to the Learning Working Trajectory (LWT).

The quality fund will then no longer operate as a separate fund. Read more about the quality fund.

 

The deadline for submitting project and programme proposals with a starting date in 2009, is the 30th of november 2009. This applies to regular projects and programmes and for projects within theYouth Zone and Cross Over programma.

Applications for the quality fund and innovation fund have other deadlines. For the innovation fund the deadline for submitting a proposal is the 30th of September 2009and for the quality fund the deadline is on the 1st of October 2009.
