Thematic learning programme Planning, monitoring and evaluation

The PSO Planning, Monitoring en Evaluation team has developped plans for 2009 and beyond. The question that will be central to all their work is:  what is the potential and what are the pitfalls of qualitative PM&E methods to gain insight in capacity development as a non linear social change process?
