Report: From 'a meeting' to 'a learning community'

Abstract:

This article reports on a joint project between PSO and IICD in systematic engagement with an active Community op Practice (CoP). What began as a meeting for those interested in ICT tools turned into a virtual discussion platform, including over the years, formal and informal meetings, joint research activities, and a blog. This report reflects on the successful growth of a COP.
