Organisation

PSO capacity development in developing countries is a professional association of Dutch private development organisations. The association is led by the General Members Meeting. Every member organisation is represented in the general members Meeting.

This body meets biannually and decides on important matters which affect the association as a whole. The association is managed by the board. The various bodies' authorisations have been laid down in the articles of association. Read the articles of association here.

The board has delegated day-to-day affairs to the director who heads the PSO office. The PSO office initiates the association's activities and provides their execution. The office employs some forty members of staff.

International Advisory Board

PSO's field of operations is global. In order to be inspired internationally and to stay abreast of contemporary insights, PSO has an International Advisory Board which consists of international experts in the field of capacity development.
