Innovation Fund

An Innovatiefonds (Innovation Fund) was set up to finance innovative projects and to provide insight into and disseminate experiences with innovation. PSO decides whether a project is eligible for financing on the basis of these three main criteria:

• it should concern an innovative approach to capacity building;

• were partner organisations involved in the design of the innovation proposal? How will this innovation benefit the partner organisation?

• what is the expected radiant effect of this innovation within the association?

In 2007, a total of 12 requests for financing were selected. We have interviewed two members who submitted a project to the Innovation Fund about their experiences.
