HAP Beneficiaries Workshop Report

Abstract:

Most accountability in the Humanitarian Sector is upwards to donors rather than downwards to the beneficiaries. PSO organised a workshop on how accountability towards beneficiaries in humanitarian assistance can be improved. The event took place on the 10th of December 2009. Resource persons from the Humanitarian Accountabiliy Partnership (HAP) in Geneva and the Danish Refugee Council shared their experiences with the participants. Their presentation and the results of the discussion are documented in the report.
