Gender mainstreaming in projects and programmes - training

The Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Science has send a flyer to PSO about a training that aims to provide guidelines for addressing gender issues in projects and programmes. Capacity development for gender is important, so please for more information see their flyer which says: “The gender mainstreaming in projects and programmes course gives guidelines to assure that your organisation’s interventions contribute to a positive change among your targeted population, both men and women…This course aims at project staff, advisors, desk officers and consultants, involved in facilitating meaningful change among client populations.  Participants do not need to be a specialist in gender and development issues. For this particular course familiarity with project cycle management is beneficial”.
