Framework for organisational learning

Abstract:

In this document we describe Senge's five disciplines for organisational learning and Bruce Britton's eight key functions. We explain what each means for improving organisational learning in an organisation. The two distinct perspectives are linked to one another and we try to offer more than just a means of an organisation's learning capacity.
