The evaluation of capacity development

The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs (IOB) and seven Dutch NGO's are in the process of evaluating capacity development. The aim of this evaluation is to gain a better understanding of how and under what circumstances capacity development support can be effective. And also what new insights can be gained from the recent capacity development programmes.
