What does coaching as a development strategy look like? When can coaching contribute to capacity development and what about cultural differences? PSO is organising a coaching event in April whereby we will use theory, practical experience, and excercises in order to explore the following issues:

The relevance of coaching to fieldwork
Experience coaching / practise coaching
Coaching and cultural differences
