Thematisch leerprogramma Planning, monitoring en evaluatie

De themagroep Planning, Monitoring en Evaluatie houdt zich bezig met het beantwoorden van de volgende centrale vraag: What is the potential and what are the pitfalls of qualitative PM&E methods to gain insight in capacity development as a non linear social change process?
