Jury Innovatieaward 2009

De jury voor de Innovatieaward 2009 bestond uit de volgende personen (in Engels).

Lucie Blok, Senior Advisor, KIT Development Policy & Practice Health. Public health specialist focusing on health systems strengthening and integrated approaches to priority programmes and disease control, capacity building, organizational development, operations research and monitoring and evaluation. Extensive experience in advising on organizational and institutional development.

Volker Hauck, Head of Knowledge Management of ECDPM. He works at ECDPM on linking thematic issues with knowledge management and sharing, his activities relate to local governance and decentralisation, to management of aid and technical assistance and to new aid mechanisms such as programme-based management. He is the founder and editorial board member of Capacity.org, a newsletter and web-platform run by ECDPM, SNV and UNDP, highlighting policy and practice of capacity development in international development cooperation.

Herman Brouwer, Development Policy & Institutional Change Specialist at Centre for Development Innovation, Wageningen UR. Wageningen UR’s Centre for Development Innovation (CDI) works to create capacities for change. It facilitates innovation, brokers knowledge and develops capacities with a focus on food systems, rural development, agri-business and natural resource management. The Centre links Wageningen UR’s knowledge and expertise with processes of society-wide learning and innovation.
